Policies
SHOTS REQUIRED
- Dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered
- Rabies vaccine
- DHLPP vaccine (Distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)
- BORDETELLA vaccine(Kennel Cough)
- Negative Heart worm test
- Proof of flea/tick preventative
- Negative fecal (every 6 months)
- Canine influenza vaccine - Optional
BOARDING POLICIES
- All reservations require a minimum $50 deposit to hold your spot.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- If you cancel 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
PICKUP POLICIES FOR BOARDING
MONDAY thru SATURDAY pickup times:
- pickup before 12 pm day of pickup No Charge for daycare.
- pickup after 12 pm day of pickup 1/2 day daycare charge $20
- pickup after 3 pm day of pickup FULL day daycare charge $34
SUNDAY pickup times:
- pickup 9 am No Charge for daycare.
- pickup 1 pm 1/2 day daycare charge $20
- pickup 5 pm FULL day daycare charge $34
